1. Return Eligibility

We want you to love your attire. If the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All brand tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
  • The item must be free from any scents, stains, or signs of usage.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, innerwear, socks, and accessories cannot be returned. Customized apparel and "Final Sale" items are also exempt from returns.

2. The Return Journey

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

Step 1: Email domsinternational4321@gmail.com with your Order ID and photos of the item.
Step 2: Our Quality Assurance team will review your request within 48 hours.
Step 3: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where available).

3. Refund & Credit

Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check:

Prepaid Orders: The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

COD Orders: We will issue a refund via Bank Transfer or UPI. Our team will contact you to securely collect your bank details.

4. Damages & Discrepancies

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect garment, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We require an unboxing video or clear photographs to expedite your free replacement or full refund.

5. Shipping Costs

Defective/Wrong Items: Doms International covers 100% of the return shipping costs.
Size/Style Changes: For voluntary returns or size exchanges, a nominal reverse shipping fee may be applicable depending on your location.
