Eligibility for Returns
Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Returns are only accepted for items purchased through our official website.
Certain items like innerwear, customized orders, or items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at info@domsattire.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
Our support team will guide you through the return process and share the return shipping address.
Ship the product back to us in secure packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or wrong item received.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
In case of partial returns, only the value of the returned items will be refunded. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item or size, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund as applicable, at no extra cost to you.
