Cancellation Policy
Official Policy of Doms International
1. Standard Order Cancellation
At Doms International, we provide a 24-hour window for customers to cancel their orders. This request must be made before the product enters the processing and packaging stage. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us at help@domsattire.shop with your unique Order ID.
2. Post-Dispatch Policy
Once an order has been handed over to our logistics partners for delivery, it is classified as "In-Transit." At this stage, direct cancellation is not possible. If you no longer wish to receive the items, you may refuse the package at the doorstep or accept it and follow our Return/Exchange procedure.
3. Partial Cancellations
If you have ordered multiple items and wish to cancel only part of the order, please reach out to our support team immediately. While we strive to accommodate such requests, if the items are already packed as a single shipment, partial cancellation may not be feasible, and the entire order must be processed or canceled.
4. Refund & Financial Reversal
Prepaid Transactions: Refunds for canceled orders are credited back to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking). The banking system typically requires 5 to 7 business days to reflect the balance.
COD Orders: No refund is necessary for Cash on Delivery cancellations as no payment is captured upfront.
5. Right of Refusal
Doms International reserves the right to cancel any order due to technical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or stock unavailability. In such rare instances, the customer will be notified promptly, and a 100% refund will be issued immediately.
